In addition, we may collect and store information about your and others’ usage of and interaction with the Service and our websites, including matches, numbers of matches made by members, match durations, text messages, usage by geographies, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, network type and traffic to and from our websites.

Information relating to your device and the App settings

As part of our service, we collect and process various types of information, including personal data, when you use our App. Here is a summary of the information we collect:

  • Device-specific information: We may collect information about your device, such as its brand and model, operating system version, language, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Geolocation information: We may collect your geolocation information, including IP addresses, GPS data, and network services data, which is necessary for some features of the App,...However, we never retain this information and it is only transferred to our servers when required by the App.
  • Application-specific information: We may collect information related to the App, including the application version number, activity on the App, subscription status, API key (identifier for application), version, properties of our App can be reported for automated processing and analyzes. Some services also record the list of applications and/or processes which are installed or run on your device.
  • Analytics: We use analytics services, such as Google Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase, to collect information about how the App is used.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies may be used (pixels, web beacons, scripts). A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which is downloaded to your device when you access the App. The text file is then sent back to the server each time you use the App. This enables us to operate the App more effectively.   • In-app events. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record your activity information (tutorial steps, leveling up, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, progression events, method of limiting the processing of user data).
  • Content in app: We may collect and gather user-generated content such as photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials that you create on our Service. Please note that other users on our platform may take photos of you using our provided capturing function, and these photos may be stored and utilized for our services as well as third-party services like Facebook. If you do not agree with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our Service.
  • Payment information: Apple is responsible for billing, processing and charging for the in-app purchases, handles your personal information and keeps it absolutely safe and secure. For e-commerce transactions conducted on our platform, you will be prompted to provide payment information, which includes your credit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. In such cases, we will securely transmit your information directly to a third-party vendor or merchant responsible for processing and fulfilling your purchase. We do not process or retain your payment information. However, we may store other details related to your purchases made on our Service, such as the merchant's name, transaction date, time, amount, and additional behavioral information.
  • Facial data: Our app uses facial recognition solely to align effects on the user's face during camera use. We do not record or store any biometric facial features or other identifying data. No facial data is saved or transmitted to our servers, and we do not share this data with any third parties.

Please note that this Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with an understanding of our general practices, and is not a promise that your information will never be disclosed. There are circumstances beyond our control, such as unauthorized interception or access, malfunctioning technology, or misuse by third parties, which may result in the unauthorized access or disclosure of your information. In case when your user ID is linked to your Facebook account, Facebook may use your device information in association with categorized data that were already recorded in its databases (eg. your age, gender or other demographic indication). Personalize Advertisement

We utilize Google Ads for advertising purposes. Google may use the advertising ID from your device to gather interest and demographic data, which may then be used to serve better-targeted ads that reflect personalized advertising. Please be assured that the ads we display to you are not personalized, and we do not share any information with third parties. We have chosen to incorporate ads into our app as our revenue model is based on advertising. To ensure a positive user experience, if you encounter any ads that are inappropriate or do not align with your preferences, you have the ability to report or block them directly within our apps.

Retention of your information

In order to provide transparency and clarity about the processing and storage of Personal Data, we adhere to the following guidelines:

  • We use identifiers for mobile devices and technologies similar to cookies to run the Firebase Analytics service.

If you don’t want third-party service providers to use your precise location data, or street-level location information about you please follow the instructions below:
